VALLEY CHRISTIAN CURRICULUM
Valley Christian School carefully selects curricula that aligns with our educational philosophy and biblical values. Our teaching theory and practice is guided by a continual reflection upon the core biblical principle that in all that we do, including in curriculum, we seek to honor our Lord and Savior and draw ourselves and our students closer to him. We adopt each textbook for each class based on its individual merits, and as a result, we have textbooks from several trusted publishers. Abeka
Abeka, a division of Pensacola Christian College, has been a trusted name in Christian education for over 50 years. Known for their rigorous academic standards and traditional teaching methods, Abeka provides curriculum materials for preschool through grade 12. Their curriculum emphasizes mastery of core subjects such as math, language arts, science, and history, while also integrating biblical truths throughout the curriculum. Positive Action
Positive Action for Christ has been developing curriculum materials to help students grow in their understanding of the Bible and Christian living since 1976. Their comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of age groups, from preschool through adult, with a focus on biblical literacy, character development, and practical application of scripture. Positive Action's curriculum resources include textbooks, teacher's guides, and interactive digital tools designed to engage students and deepen their faith journey.
